Pacific Punch a/k/a Fire Alarm Punch


 We made this punch for a summer party and set off the fire alarm in our building while grilling a pork tenderloin.  We decided to rename the drink “Fire Alarm Punch” in honor of the occasion.

1 cup dark rum
1 cup light rum
1/2 cup crème de banane
1/2 cup crème de cassis
1/4 cup lime juice
3 cups pineapple juice
2 cups cranberry juice

Garnish: pineapple wedges

Stir together first 7 ingredients. Serve over ice. Garnish, if desired.

Note:                    Try to use Rose’s Lime Juice, if possible.
