TURKEY LONDON BROIL
1 turkey London broil
2 cups Dole pineapple juice
2-3 T. brown sugar
1 c. Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce (or Kikkoman Light Soy Sauce)
1. Marinate meat in mixture overnight, turning several times.
2. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through.
3. Slice thinly, arrange on platter with grilled pineapple slices, and serve.
Note: This is delicious served with sweet potato salad and grilled mushrooms.
